8. ACF Visionary Scholarship

The American College Foundation Visionary Scholarship is a bi-annual award. There are five (5) awards given with each bi-annual deadline - with a total of ten (10) college scholarships awarded for each school year. Awards range from $1,000 to $2,500 each. Click here for more details on award availability for your students.

Eligible grades: 2025, 2026, 2027, & 2028

The application is FREE and the student does NOT need to demonstrate financial need in order to qualify. The Spring Application Deadline is June 1 , 2024.

11. WKU Freshman Scholarship Program for 2025 2026 

Information about the incoming freshman scholarship program for Western Kentucky University can be downloaded at WKU Freshman Scholarships . This lists all Automatic and Competitive Scholarships offered to incoming freshmen for next Fall. 


12. WKU Scholarships for Central Hardin Students

Information about scholarships available to CHHS and Hardin County students entering WKU next fall can be downloaded at the link CHHS/Hardin County WKU Scholarships . Students applying for these scholarships will do so through WKU's Top Dollar Portal 

 


15. Abbott & Fenner Scholarships 2025

Abbott & Fenner Business Consultants are pleased to be able to continue with our scholarship program for the 19th year.  We will be awarding $1,000 to the winner(s) each year.

Scholarship Deadline   -  June 10, 2025.

18. AES Engineering Scholarships 2025

AES Engineers is once again offering an annual scholarship for 2025.  This is the 20th consecutive year that we are making this offer.

Students will submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page of our web site https://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.php

The winner(s) will be announced within 2 weeks of the deadline on the website. 

Each winner will be personally notified by email.


30. Addison Jo Blair Foundation Scholarship

The Addison Jo Blair Foundation offers a $1000 scholarship to a graduating senior at Central Hardin who has overcome adversity during their life. Full details and the scholarship application can be downloaded at Addison Jo Blair Scholarship and applications are due by April 25, 2025.


41. Elizabethtown Lions Club Scholarship 2025

The Elizabethtown Lions Club is offering a $1000 scholarship to a graduating CHHS senior again this year. Applications can be downloaded at Etown Lions Club Scholarship and applications are due by April 30, 2025.


43. Pat Owsley FFA Memorial Scholarship

The Pat Owsley Scholarship is a $1000 scholarship awarded to an FFA member of a Hardin County Schools high school who plans to pursue a degree in agriculture. Applications can be found at Pat Owsley Scholarship, and are due by April 25, 2025. 


44. Delta Sigma Theta Scholarships 2025

The Fort Knox Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority offers three scholarships to 5 students in Hardin County this year. 

1. The Blondell E Williams Scholarship ($1000) is awarded to a graduating female African American senior. 

2. Two HBCU Scholarships ($500 each) to any two seniors who plan to attend a Historically Black College or University. 

3. Two Heart of Service Community Scholarships ($500) to any two seniors demonstrating a heart for service in their community during high school. 

Scholarship Applications can be found at DST Scholarships 2025 and are due by April 30, 2025. 


46. Sigma Gamma Rho Public Service Scholarship

Sigma Gamma Rho is offering a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior in the area who plans to pursue a 4 year degree in Public Service. The application can be downloaded at Sigma Gamma Rho Scholarship , and it is due by April 22, 2025. 

 


47. CHHS Faculty Scholarship

The Central Hardin Faculty Scholarship applications are now open. You can apply online at CHHS Faculty Scholarship , and will need that completed by May 8, along with a letter of recommendation from a CHHS Faculty Member turned in to Mr. Adams. We will be awarding 5 scholarships this year. 


48. Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man Scholarship

Sigma Phi Epsilon  strives to be a valued partner in higher education. SigEp is an undergraduate fraternity that will award over $300,000 at over 160 campuses across the country during the 2025-2026 academic year. Our mission is Building Balanced Men. The Balanced Man Scholarship rewards men who exemplify the qualities of a Sound Mind and a Sound Body, as we believe they are two ideals essential to leading a balanced life.

For students planning to attend Murray State University:

The Kentucky Epsilon chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon is offering 20+ one-time scholarships totaling $5,000 to incoming male freshmen at Murray State University for the 2025-2026 academic year. 

To qualify for the Balanced Man Scholarship, incoming students must submit an application online at https://murraystate.sigep.org/bms/ and be enrolled as a full-time student at Murray State University by June 15th.

We would greatly appreciate it if you would distribute the scholarship application to any young man planning on attending Murray State University this fall. Applicants have no obligation to join or affiliate with SigEp to be eligible for the scholarship. In line with these principles, the Balanced Man Scholarship is designed to recognize and reward students who exemplify academic excellence, leadership, and a commitment to health and well-being.

Scholarship Details:

  • Scholarship Amount:

    $3,000 available in scholarships.
  • Eligibility:

    All male students enrolled full-time at Western Kentucky University (WKU) for the 2025-2026 academic year. You do not have to rush a fraternity to apply, we accept all male students!
  • Application Deadline:

    Applications are due on August 2nd, 2025, by 11:59 PM.

To apply for the Balanced Man Scholarship, please complete the online application form by visiting https://westernkentucky.sigep.org/bms/. The application process is straightforward and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete!
