To speed the enrollment process, please bring copies of:

• Birth certificate

• Social security card

• Current physical

• Transcripts with previous high school credits

• Proof of address (copy of utility bill, copy of lease, etc.)

Transcripts may be requested online through Parchment.com . To create your account go to Parchment. Transcripts are processed each morning when school is in session. 

Current students may sign up on the transcript request sheet in the guidance office for transcript copies. There is no charge for this service.

Students now have access to their most up to date transcript online via the Student Portal for Infinite Campus.  Students will navigate to Documents and select Unofficial Transcript.

Parents/Guardians can call the Guidance Office at 270-737-6800 to speak to a grade level counselor and request an appointment.  You may also email the grade level counselor to request an appointment.

Students will need to complete an Appointment Request via Google Form or the Student Internal Page and we will call you down as soon as possible.  Please complete ONE time.  

The guidance office is open every Wednesday during the Summer from 8:30 am-2:30 pm, with the exception of the week of July 4.   We will be closed for lunch, 11:30-12:30.

If a schedule change is needed please fill out a Counselor Appointment for a Schedule Change Request via Google form or the Student Internal Page. 

Changes are not guaranteed, especially changes to electives not requested originally. 

If you need to request a schedule change, please use the QR Code found around the school and fill out the Schedule Change Request Form. Please keep in mind that schedule changes will be very limited due to the small number of openings. Priority will be given to changes that are for:

1. Missing required core classes for graduation

2. Failed or missing prerequisite classes

3. Scheduled for repeating a class you already have a credit in

4. Classes needed to complete career pathways

Please note that changes in elective classes will not be prioritized until the changes listed above have been fulfilled first. Also, the Central Hardin Counselors cannot make changes to EC3 schedules. For questions regarding EC3 classes, you will need to contact the counselor or administrator at EC3. 

Please just put the request in ONE time. Putting in the same request multiple times will not speed up the process, but will likely slow it down due to multiple requests from many different people. We will be trying to get these done as soon as possible.
